This is the third post of my journey to Accenture. In this post I will describe what are the process when your result comes and learning journey that is my pre onboarding journey to Accenture.
If you have not read the first and second post of this series then I recommend you to read the first post then read this post.
Pre Onboarding Journey
Letter of Intent – On the same day of result of interview another mail came to accept LOI within 2 days. They had provided the link to accept that LOI.
After accepting the LOI you will receive an Onboarding survey. In which you will be asked some basic questions.
After the survey, they will ask you to upload your mark sheets and personal information to the Accenture portal. There will be a total of 9 different things that you have to update. The list of details is :
- Candidate Personal Details
- Candidate Address Details
- Candidate Identity Details
- Candidate Educational Details
- Candidate Semester Marks Details
- Candidate Prior Employment / Interviewing Process Details
- Candidate Prior Work Experience Details
- Candidate International Worker’s Details
- Candidate Declaration Form
After updating these details you have to wait to verify these details. This can take one week to two months, based on your final exams and its result.
Pre Onboarding Learning
While the documents are being verified you will be given another task to learn something, this is known as Pre Onboarding Learning. They will also connect to you via google meets to explain what to do in it and other things. You have to complete this learning within 45 days. They will take doubt sessions in between learning if there is any doubt to you. Between this, you have to take mock tests which is not necessary. But make sure you do all the modules carefully because after that you have to give another exam to get into accenture.
TFA (Technology fundamentals assessments)
After completing your learning journey you have to give TFA. The Accenture fundamental tests included in GFT are of moderate difficulty. First and foremost, pay attention in class when the instructor is teaching you. This is the greatest method and ensures that you will pass the exam since you understand the ideas. Second, you will receive dumps from one of your batchmates; in each batch, there is one individual who is in charge of organizing the dumps. Remember that these merely practice questions; you should not expect the same questions in the final exam, but you should expect questions that follow a similar pattern. So simply read over the dumps and try to figure out which areas and patterns have been asked frequently and design your notions accordingly.
TFA Pattern:
50 multiple-choice questions (50 marks) Plus 1 Java program ( one from a choice of two) [30 marks] and two SQL queries (You have the option of selecting one of two sets, each of which each has two questions.) [20 marks (10+10) ]
Maximum Number of Attempts: 3
Passing the exam on the first try requires a score of 60 out of 100. Passing the exam on the second and third try requires a score of 65 out of 100.
So it’s better to clear it in the first attempt
Countdown to Accenture
It is a countdown mail from Accenture. In this you are able to access a website called “Countdown to Accenture”. In this website there are seven menus which will open in certain intervals. There is a gap of 15-20 days in opening the two links. The links contains some information about your future journey.
